SAYING GOODBYE IS HARD!
If you’re choosing to surrender a dog, please fill out one of our online forms to the best of your knowledge.. We are here for the dogs and at the end of the day only want a clear picture to help them best. We typically ask for a donation upon approval to help offset our cost of their care. However if you’re unable to make a donation please note that on your application. If you are considering surrendering a dog but would keep them if you had more support, please make note of that on the application. We always want to help keep families together too.
